Good thing we don't scale from Sans like we do other characters or else most the fodder enemies would be tier 2.

Okay I'm seeing a few problems here.

1. This is super buu and one of the people above stated that super buu wouldn't blow up the planet in character.

2. Regenerationn isn't going to do anything if buu's soul is destroyed.

Well, that is true, if it was Kid Buu, then it would be in character for him to just planet bust, but Super Buu wouldn't.

and speed is equalized Buu will not destroy the solar system the same way he did to the earth as kid buu because he can't blitz Sans and even if he did it the moment he charged the attack he would have been destroyed... (and it's not because of speed blitz)

Even without Regenerationn, Majin Buu wins mostly via his high Stamina and FTL+ reactions. All what he has to do is tire out Sans mostly.

And he would be destroyed in second due to soul manipulation but Sans also would be destroyed if Buu destroy the planet...

But even with the speed factor thing, Buu can easily tire out Sans and go in for the kill.

They both have "Very high" stamina, and even then, Sans could destroy his soul very quickly.

Sans gets tired more easily than Buu, mostly observed when he was fighting Frisk.

So Buu gets the kill.
