Heres the only way I see this match working. Bloodlusting both of them and making the distance a bit larger than his passive range. So he either walks up and kills sans or sans stomps time goes near him puts a dozen attacks and leaves

This Ichigo > A bunch other Ichigo and Aizen forms > base Yama and Aizen > 20+ km of layered soul hax with half a dozen other things included.

I can’t find the scans for 4D. But it’s from scaling to being able to quickly shred Frisk’s soul in seconds, and 1 human soul > all monster souls combined.

Why would that be 4D? Frisk/Chara is 3D physically and afaik nobody in Undertale Frisk/Chara fought against has 4D soulhax. Scans or didn't happen

Well that’s the thing, they don’t outright negate it. They’re still shown getting affected by Soul Crush. Not saying there isn’t any layers, but you will have to establish how many layers exactly can they resist.

Anyways even if we were to consider numbers according to CFYOW arrancar like Grimmjow consist of hundreds of millions of souls and base aizen casually incapacitated him with RC. Even a weaker form of Ichigo i.e, Dangai Ichigo was unaffected by Monster Aizen's Reistsu who is vastly stronger than Base Aizen.

As far as we can say. A soul is a soul in bleach. While in Undertale a monster soul would be an organic acid compared to a human soul which is a fluoroantimonic acid for comparison
