Sans undertale vs Luffy speed equalized

So after making threads with Sans vs higher dimensional characters with speed equalized to prevent him from instantly losing, I wonder what would happen if he fought against a three dimensional one with speed equalized.

Rules:

Speed equalized, including attack speed, no MFTL gaster blaster, all attacks are equalized in speed and reaction speed as well.

Sans doesn't automatically get first strike because why would Luffy wait.

Round 1

Bloodlusted

Round 2

In character

if i remember correct he didn't actually kill anyone so like 0 lol. he basically only beats people put but never actually kills them.

He has killed a few beasts to eat them though iirc, but his kill count is so low (maybe 5 at most) I can't see Sans doing much damag to him, so I'd say Luffy takes round 1. It's hard to imagine them fighting in character, but if they do I think Luffy would take it.

That's the thing:

Sans is an incredibly cheap bastard when he's bloodlusted and is ridiculously smart about it. Even when he's strong enough not to need to.

He will be talking to you, will say something incredibly thought provoking and in that split second that you brain is processing the implications of what he said, he'll go straight from 0 to 100 and hit you with his strongest attack.

He's also supernaturally good at reading people. He could tell how many times Frisk reset the world after he killed them, and which trick he used to kill them last time, based purely by the expression on their face. And Frisk is an incredibly stone-faced character never even changing their facial expression once in the game. He could play Luffy like a fiddle, even while bloodlusted.

However it must be said, Luffy has never, to my knowledge, been confirmed to have killed single person. San's attacks would thus, likely be absolutely negligible. And Sans is the very definition of a glass cannon. A single hit will always be enough to kill him.

Either Sans manages to win due to a range advantage and clever tactics, or Luffy wins due to pure Stats.

Yeah but Luffy is kind of stupid lol, thought provokying for most people is kind random random talk to him. Also if he's bloodlusted he's not the type of person to listen lol.
