Literally depends on which weapons travel first and hits them. Sans wouldn't be able to see the vectors comin his way while Lucy probably doesn't react to Danmaku on the daily.

He's an undertale character. Danmaku is sorta their thing, or hitting someone before they can even respond, and at that point Lucy would be dead. Anything he does is gonna kill Lucy, especially spawning bones in the ground to hit her, since she won't be expecting that, it's a first move of Sans, and limited contact will kill her.

...that sounded a lot more like an argument for Sans, shit.

She does have that tendency to levitate off the ground. The max height she levitates is proportionate to her vectors. Teleporting won't help much due to island sized AoE (her vectors are the size of islands). So, there's nothing he can do to dodge the vectors, especially when he can't see them.

You know, I might actually vote inconclusive, too.
