Okay, so what's stopping Lucy from shredding him into Sashimi with the Vectors he can't even see? He doesn't have ESP or even Enhanced Senses so he can't detect them at all.
 
Uh, because of speed equalized rules it kinda seems like Lucy's vectors also blitz the living hell out of him.

But even aside from that, she just tears him apart via vibration manipulation and selective intangibility.
