And i know that Katakuri was superior to Luffy and all, but 12 hours to 5 days is too big of an assumption.

5 days is only if the fighters are near equal. Ace was fighting against Jinbei who has Haki and Fishman Karate but that only makes Ace tougher to be defeated. Luffy was fighting with no rest against Katakuri being nearly stomped in everything. Katakuri had superior Buso, Kenbun and DF abilities and efficiency. If Luffy can fight that much against an opponent that strong then against an equal opponent his stamina'd be much higher.

Knightofannihilation666 Sanji's Kenbunshoku Haki is capable of seeing seconds into the future, albeit not to the extent that Katakuri can.
When did Sanji predicted the future? The jellybean moment it's more than Luffy and Zoro preventing Hody's water attacks than Katakuri's Precog. Maybe i'm forgetting something.

Baam was literally wearing the same outfit when he started his training for a month, and his friends did not know what Baam was doing and he usually talks to them, so Baam actually trained for a month at Rice Pot with GoG with almost no rest.

I want to say we have several examples of characters in this Wiki that are said to fight for months, weeks or days: like the Bleach characters, like Ichigo, who literally fought against Zangetsu for 3 months, Isshin who stayed with 3 months in Dangai with Ichigo without eating, drinking or resting (although he fainted at the end of those 3 months), Akainu and Aokiji fighting for almost two weeks, Ace and Jinbe fighting for 5 or 6 days and Ace being at a disadvantage.

BTW Sanji has outclassed people with martial arts tecnique pre-ts so Baam has a little edge over him but the gap isn't so big.

Baam has a Martial Art called Floral Butterfly: Piercing Technique that has piercing properties (as the name says) that can cause damage both internal and external, ie Baam can damage the organs of Sanji by using this style several times, that kind of counts as martial arts style, so Baam has melee combat style superior to Sanji with Black Leg Style.
