Sanji because he's a superiour martial artist; he's more intelligent (ie he won't keep feeding natsu and could rearrange Natsu's jaw preventing him from eating); and he has more stamina.
From what i have seen of both of them, Sanji and most of the people he has beaten are better than Natsu in terms of skill.
Sanji is a better tactician than Natsu and won't keep feeding him ie Sanji deactivates his flames when he sees them not working. Additionaly Sanji has fire resistance, not to the same degree as Natsu but enough that Natsu's attacks will be less effective.
In terms of how long they can keep fighting yes; however Sanji has, on numerous occasions shrugged off multiple broken bones, slashes and stab wounds and kept fighting when similar injuries have incapasitated Natsu.
What does skill matter when ur opponent has a significant range and AOE advantage over u? As for Sanji being a better tactician Natsu has shown himself on numerous occasions to be adaptable to his opponents styles; most obvious example would be his fights against Mard Geer dodging and getting round an ability he had no previous interaction with. As for the stamina and durability I'm struggling to find any situation where Natsu just went down because he was slashed or stabbed, the only one that comes to mind is his fight against future Rouge and even then it wasn't a "single" stab wound, he was pierced in multiple places by Rogues final attack and even then he got up and went round 2 without receiving any proper medical attention.
Sanji rearranging Natsu's face? Really? I could play the same game and say Natsu breaks his legs and Sanji can't fight anymore. That's not how it works.
Natsu will be getting a good lead thanks to him absorbing at least 2 attacks from Sanji's flames. He has also better range, AoE and more experience with more varied fighters. Voting Natsu.
@Bepo I'm very much willing to argue that AOE will be significant considering Sanji is a close quarters combatant, dodging AOE attacks when the opponent is directly in front of u isn't in any way easy and it will cause him problems.
@Delta undoubtedly Natsu does prefer a close up confrontation, but because he has this preference does not mean he is incapable of applying AOE attacks, in fact he has shown during combat to chain CQC techniques along with AOE techniques, so yes ur right skill does play a factor but it would also be wrong to say Natsu wouldn't use AOE atacks when he has been seen doing just that. As for his feat against Mard, Mard Geer specifically notes Natsu was reacting and circumventing an ability he had never seen b4 that shows he is adaptable, his reflexes and senses wouldn't be of any benefit if he couldn't adapt. But once again say ur right and that example isn't fitting, his battle against the twin dragons once again shows his combat ability memorising and being able to identify the patterns, styles and even breathing in ur opponent after a short battle and being able to perfectly predict and counter these things in not 1 but 2 opponents at once? If that isn't a perfect example of his tactical adaptability I don't know what is. And "Really all of them" I don't understand this, are u telling me that Natsu always goes down after stab wounds and/or broken bones? If so I'd quite like an example, I was courteous enough to provide an example to u, y don't u return the favour.
Uh, this Natsu didn't vaporize anyone. Except you can explain why he didn't do so to all the guys he fought in this version and above. That's for only DF Natsu with Igneel's power.
Owh i see...My mistake then...hm i still think natsu can take this since natsu fire far suppas normal fire not only that he also already fight someone like cobra and he can
