The Mach 6K hasn't been applied that I noticed, so right now, Sanji is scaling vastly above Mach 1192 with his MHS+ rating

And no matter how you look at it, MHS+ vs Relativistic isn't possible. The difference is of almost 10x and there's no indication of Sanji being in the Relativistic tier.
