Samus' Regenerationn?

High Regen and Low-Godly Regen refer to the ability to negate those. Samus doesn't really have those regenerations. She negates High Regenerationn via Macro-Quantum destruction in her Varia Suit key and she negates Low-Godly Regenerationn via Soul Destruction.

Well, Samus is naturally able to harm ghosts, so there's going to be at least some form of soul manipulation on her Varia Suit key. And being able to use Macro-Quantum Destruction in combination and being able to see, harm, and kill souls/ghosts could potentially lead to being able to negate Low-Godly Regenerationn naturally. But yes, Phazon definitely enables her composite to destroy souls.
And yeah, Samus Vs X is a great match up, but rather difficult to determine the outcome. Though that depends which key Samus is using.

Soul Destruction negates Low-Godly; regenerating from Soul Destruction is Mid-Godly yes, but that's not what we're referring to.

Her high regen negation comes from the omega hammer, which destroyed Gorea, who had the same regen.
