Batman has a day of prep time

Round 1: Hand to hand only

Round 2: Jack gets his sword, Batman get's Talia's sword

Round 3: All out

Speed is equalized all rounds

Jack's sword is capable of harming Batma

Batman's utility belt is fully stocked and has the highest upgrades

Both fighters are at full strengh and willpower maxed

Fight ends in KO or death
