I'm gonna go with Salad Fingers. That barrier is gonna cause some issues but with some rather basic punches from the aliens I don't see them getting through that regen with an easy time. Salad can probably just assault the barrier constantly, whack it with something or whatever, then get to the juicy alien skull.

I vote for the Alien as I can't see Salad Fingers chewing through it's Kinetic Barriers which can withstand energy weapons and grenades.
