There's also the matter that Saitama is punch merchant, so not only does he lack hax, he lacks the skill to really do anything in close range (idk Honkai like that but I'm pretty sure this is true)

That is if she can't dodge and jump straight at the shockwave. However from my limited knowledges of HSR, Kafla is a dancer-type fighter, so she moves a lot in a fight cause iirc she uses guns and threads, the chance of Saitama can land a shockwave is very low
