Just by going through the story, 3-C scaling for Emanators too seems pretty consistent even by feats, including Sunday's shenanigans as well(it was hax but iirc he affected the whole galaxy with Ena's Dream). Astral Express scaling should be fair, they literally fought the Harmonious Choir(too long name), and all the way back in Xianzhou they fought Phantylia.

See someone say it’s take 30-40 day to do that but one mouth to destory entire galaxy seems fasnating feat when you compare its to treat from one world.

Well it's the same as saying a guy has destroyed entire countries. Yes, he's destroyed multiple over a period of time, but we can't assume it was all in one shot

Yeah there’s no timeframe at all to speak of here, and therefore no reason to scale. OP brings this up, but then seemingly drops it and fails to elaborate further upon how it’s all at once.
