Normally by profiles sailor moon would win slightly by hax but lol it's ironic seiya has dealt with every single hax she has if I'm not mistaken

This is an excellent fight, but I think Seiya could end up winning through Miracles and Acausality.

Seiya would most likely win since it had recently been shown in Assassin that he can put himself into a constant "state of miracle" where he's continuously producing miracles left, right, and center and effectively skew the probability of winning into his favor.
Also, Seiya has pretty much dealt with every hax before or scales from someone who does so this is more of a brawn fight which... yeah, probability manipulation becomes too strong for that particular type of matchup.

You see on paper Sailor Moon should win BUT Seiya has Reactive Evolution so he wins because he is Able to analyse and comprehend the components of an enemy's attack after seeing it or experiencing it once, and adapt to it)
