This is actually pretty tough. Lance resist what Usagi can throw at him and is generally stronger and more skilled, but his personality would make him kind of useless given his perverted nature. Still, I think he would snap out of any infatuations he may have with her the moment she hits him with a serious attack, which would make him get serious and fight her normally.
