Probably Boros. His power is potentially more than Ryuuko's, along with the fact that he's faster, has pretty solid regen, and likely at least decades of experience across the universe.

If speed were equalized I could see Ryuko winning, but unequalized Boros wins.

I kinda feel like Ragyo would've been a better opponent though.
