A strange creature has appeared within the confines of Honnoji Academy, and has begun to run amok on the campus. As many students get knocked to the wayside, and the Elite Four being prevented from interfering upon direct orders from Satsuki Kiryüi, it appears that there really is only one person who is up to the test to stopping this creature. The girl in the black sailor suit approached the creature, and with a tug of the pin from her glove, she is ready to stomp out this creature once and for all.

In the blue corner, we have Ryüko Matoi from Kill la Kill, and in the red corner, we have Scizor from Pokemon.



-This is a battle to the death or incapacitation. No holds barred.
-Neither character are aware of each other beforehand, and there is no prep time.

-Neither character are allowed any outside help.

-This battle takes place within the school campus of Honnoji Academy, giving Ryuko the home-court advantage.

-This is Scizor fighting True Life Fiber Synchronize Ryuko.

I'd personally give it to Ryukuo as the lore the fight goes on the more angry she's gonna get and the stronger she'll get depending on how long Scizor makes it. Ryukuo would likely be able to take care of it with a few amps, and besides that Regenerationn sounds difficult for Scizor to top anyways.

Well, it's not like it's the first time I've made a match smack dab in the middle of an ongoing revision. I'll keep this one stashed away for now, since the proposed tiering is still within 7-A, and I'll change it to base Scizor to address Weekly's concerns about Mega-Scizor.
