Ryuko upscales from 31 Exatons, Tatasumaki was able to destroy a character who upscales from 194 exatons at the cellular level and ignore it's high-mid regen.
Her attacks are thought based with no real tell, they spawn directly on the enemy through non detectable psychic waves that move instantly from her perspective, Tatsumaki herself is very agressive and likes to restrain enemies with LS while she shreds them, and said shredding can reduce large monsters to rubble invisible to naked eye.
Even if she went easy on the human looking Ryuko, Ryuko would need to:
1.Adapt with RE + AD to reach class Z LS
2.Survive her attacks during that period
3.Tatsumaki gets PIS so she allows her to grow that strong and somehow doesnt nullify her regen by damaging on a cellular level.
So yeah, a stomp imo.
