ryu vs suiryu

i think ryu is baseline but suiryu is 9 megatons giving him a 1.4x ap advantage. suiryu also has a lifting strength advantage if that helps any.
 
Suiryu has AP and Lifting Strength.

Ryu has Intelligence, Experience, Range, Versatility and arguably stamina.

The difference is also not too big.

Ryu takes this.
