Crest Moon is a long range Wave attack. It cuts through space and powernulls pretty esotheric stuff (Definitly physics and spatial manip, possibly reality warping).

If Khonsu in-character just spams teleport then it wins no contest. She could, if it remained in her range, try and predict where it would spawn but seeing as it resists AnaPre already, that isnt a option either.

A argument can be made for Waves to powernull every of its haxes, meaning that Annes Crest Moon would oneshot Khonsu throught any of its abilities. Waves are a supernatural power akin to chi, designed to null Physics ******* weapons and other superpowers, meaning that it definitly negs haxes of the esotheric levels of space and physics. But it can probably also negate straight up probability hax and reality warping. Phenomenon Weapons can negate Mandala, which is basically discound Almighty for those that know Bleach and Waves are stated to be basically Phenomenon Weapons themselve (Also Waves do in fact straight up negate Mandala, but thats korean only and probably 5 years of translations away so rip me)

So, if and only if, Khonsu remains on one spot just long enough for Anne to get off a Crest Moon, it would get bisected by a space cutting, powernulling energy slice.
