Shapeshifting

OUAT's transmutation has shown to bypass shapeshifting. I mean, The Evil Queen can freely control her form but was still turned into a snake by Rumple's son and could not shapeshift back.

That's fair. That said, the Overlord's essence is capable of turning everybody in Ninjago into zombies, as well as corrupt the earth, and Lloyd resists that. Further more, the FSM's control over form is something that's probably beyond what Rumple has seen, but I digress.
