i think that Alice should be able to take a victory here, since we're using Base Peach vs Alice. Assuming she doesn't have access to any PC-98 powers (although they are still canon in Windows timeline), she still has a wide range of things she can do to pull a victory. Her dolls should be able to swarm Peach and win with numbers, and they are also capable of providing Alice with defense. In addition, her Goliath Doll gives her 60 seconds to prepare for any further attacks. Alice also has much more range than Peach. Overall, I think Alice wins this fight.
