You resorted to name-calling instead of providing evidence. So yes, he was right to report you.

Users should read the rules before they make an account on here, but I can let it slide if he doesn't keep doing it.
 
Elmer, it is against the rules to clutter this thread in particular with irrelevant discussion. If you're not a troll, and don't want to risk a block, you really shouldn't argue about that stuff on this thread. Argue about it on your own thread all you want, but not here.
 
Given that, it is probably fine to only ban them for 6 months or a year rather than permanently if they're young and likely to mature.
 
Again, kindly do not squabble here, and stop quoting each other back and forward guys, it creates an unnecessary clog to scroll over.

Elmer apparently also created a troll page, so I blocked him permanently.

I will give a warning to Amra, as he is likely just inexperienced.

I am not sure what to do about DavidLiteral.

Amratheking: For now a reminder that he needs to make a CRT and have it be approved before making tier changes should suffice.

DavidLiteral: At least a harsh warning.

Elmer F'ing Fudd: Block him. His actions show that he's very unreasonable and provocative, plus he's likely a sock.
