Thank you for the help Sera and Tsubaki, and I agree with Matthew that our members should immediately contact Fandom whenever something like this happens. Death and rape threats, and especially child pornography are not trolling anymore. It is just criminal behaviour.

I would say a strong warning would suffice but if he's just gonna troll like that maybe he needs a ban.

I agree that JohnCenaNatio is problematic on that thread, and he's gotten multiple warnings from the staff. Additionally, it seems warning him does nothing but feed him, we may need to give him a block, but for how long?

At least a week in my opinion.

Of course if that still changes nothing then we'll we fogure it out from there

EDIT: Apparently he got banned but didn't learn, whelp

Somebody in the staff can give JohnCenaNation a polite warning if they wish.

If he get banned before and still didn't learn, then pretty much another ban it's needed, but for how long? he already banned a few month before.

Well, it isn't a grave offence in this case. 1-2 weeks, combined with an explanation on his message wall, should probably be enough.

It's clearly a spite.

Also, chill. Don't be aggressive like you were in that thread.

I was baffled by such a lopsided matchup. Never intended on directly attacking the guy or coming off as aggressive.

I suppose next time I'll tone it down so I don't give off the wrong impression.

There's a weird glitch going on with the filter. I'm trying to edit Shulk's profile, but it won't let me because it apparently has slur words, despite me just adding "At least" and some explanation for his tier.

Just tested if it was something already on the page, but it let me post it without problems. It looks like it recognizes something in the explanation you're trying to add as a slur word. If you can figure out which one it is you can tell Ant about it, so that he can fix the issue

I talked to matt about this, I listed out every thing that I added to him that I was going to add/change and for some reason it's considered slur words.

I also wonder what happened. I did some test edits with the same words Glassman used and I got no warning. It's most likely a glitch.

I checked the edit that you performed, and couldn't find any word that has been banned in it.

I will ask Fandom about this.

That is not necessary. I can see it in the abuse filter log.

I have asked Merrystar at Fandom. She helped me out with the filter earlier.

It's probably the character's name the filter doesn't seem to like. We probably shouldn't censor the D word; or at least not the stand alone word. Banning certain compound words containing it that are inherently inappropriate is probably a good idea, but we really shouldn't censor the stand alone word as it's a nickname for Richard. As well as other names containing it such as @@@@son/dixon or @@@@ery. Note: I censored the words myself because I wasn't sure if that word is blurred out and didn't want to take an unnecessary risk.
