he was making jokes how he could solo the "femaleverse" and when we called him out on it he stated he was trolling/joking. Kuul is clearly in the wrong but I think Kepekley23 dragged it out a bit longer than it should have been. regardless I don't think this warrants a ban but instead a warning

This is a blatant lie. The people in the chat were talking about the average height of the human being, and then I pointed out that the height was 177cm. After that, we started talking about the proportion between women and men. All of what we were saying was harmless, until you kicked in literally out of nowhere and said girls were way weaker, less durable than boys, and that you could solo the "verse".

If you want to make a joke that can be interpreted as sexist, racist, etc. grow some backbone. If you can't handle someone possibly taking it seriously don't make them. The mature thing for you to do would either be to say "I was just joking" and move on, or not make the joke at all.
