It wouldn't be just Yama, it would be any character that scales to him. To use another verse as an example, Blazblue characters have a bunch of haxes and resistances to haxes from scaling to people comparable to or weaker than them. I know it's another verse but it's a similar case to Bleach. Their power system allows for them to scale to each other since Bleach fights are battles of Reiatsu and it's been stated and explicitly shown many times

I agree and for the sake of argument fairtail and dbz could be included in following a simlare powersystem as well.

I haven't watched Fairy Tail, but yea verses like DB, Hunter x Hunter, Demon Slayer, etc have a similar thing with profiles that scale, and are less direct than Bleach about it

Yamamoto is currently 6-B in his only key so massive AP advantage he out skills Rukia and completely outranges her. Rukia her only advantage is AZ which has been resisted by beings below him. Yamamoto takes this win incredibly hard.

Yamamoto would blitz Rukia as he was fast enough to easily catch Shunsui and Ukitake, two of the most powerful captains of gotei 13, and just kill her with a regular punch. The old man was confident in taking Aizen barehand and just put a hole in Wonderweiss chest with one punch, the same wonderweiss that mopped the floor with Kensei and Mashiro, two Captain class Shinigamis vaizards, it took Yamamoto two handed punch to obliterate the body of on of the most powerful arrancar. It's hilarious to think that Rukia would stand any chances against Yamamoto, he outclass her in any aspect, Yamamoto reiatsu while in Bankai was so powerful it took the form of visibile flames and those flames were stated to be as hot as the sun, i really doubt she would instantly freeze him in Bankai form with her Bankai.

this fight is like trying to argue who is gonna win a character with 10,000 PL or another with 5,000 without Hax being involved.

the choice is obvious, Yamamoto is above Rukia in reaitsu thus he is above her in everything, unless both of them have similar or equal reaitsu rukia AZ is not gonna do anything it would be offset by yamamoto overwhelming power.
