This seems like a pretty close match for Regal Mammoth Arc Toriko, but Ruby takes it due to him being supersonic at this form while she is hypersonic+.

Whoops. I didn't read that. Then it is pretty close BUT Toriko is more of a seasoned fighter and MIGHT use that to his advantage, plus Ruby is reckless, so there's that going for him.
