Ruby got my vote.

She's stronger then Natsu since he scales to a 100 tons feat while Ruby scales to a 141 tons feat. Actually Ruby can one shot a Nevermore as of Volume 4 so she's even stronger.

She's far more mobile with her semblance which uses to fly and turn intangible. Also mobile has nothing to do with speed since it's equalized here, just that she can move better then he can.

Gonna point out her Elemental Intangibility might actually screw her over if she decides to use it. She just turns into rose petals which Natsu could very likely burn. However i don't think Ruby even incorporates that into her fights to dodge or evade attacks. But aside from that everything Poinc stated was valid.

Easily debunked by the actual volume. She used the "petal" dispersion to get around the grim rather than actually phasing through the attacks. Which she used only once in the entire trailer. All it does is make her faster and that's very cleary shown.

Ruby has my vote. Range, coupled with her Aura makes putting her down quite challenging. On the other hand, Ruby's fast fighting style and higher AP will make it a lot easier to deal with Natsu.
