I was kind of like that too when I first started. It took me meeting and talking to several users to break out of it. Give it some time, though if it's just a personal preference to talk like that, let it be.
 
Swathing if you cannot speak in a relatively normal tone, you will not be participating. I'm not up for handling this iamverysmart mentality.

As for you Ninjaboy14, I reccomend you take a look at Reincarnation Wars, it's another roleplaying thread in the Fun and Games board. I think you'd be more suited there.

I would say just give him a little bit of time on the wiki and he'll be slightly better at speaking. Not everyone speaks the same anyway
 
@Prof It doesn't seem like a mentality so much as just the way he types. It sounds like he's just nervous and just ends up typing in a very formal way since he's not used to this type of environment. I was very much the same when I first joined.
 
I think he sounds 'nervous' because he just told you so, but I don't believe that's the case, I think it's some superiority type shit. At least that was what my first impression was. But maybe I'm being too judgemental, so I will apologize and concede.

I will give you the benefit of the doubt, I understand people do not type the same but typing in very formal language in a condescending way is considered annoying behavior on the internet, so please make an effort to avoid doing so.,

So... when do we start? I mean I already checked the other thread with the RPing in it, did chap 2 already start? If so, how do I introduce my OC? I really don't want to interrupt the flow of the story you have planned!
 
Chapter 1 has already concluded. I need time to write a plot for chapter 2, and make it fit with the overall story arch I already have planned. I will inform those who have just registered on how they will join the story a bit later.

Appearance: 171 centimeters (5'7") in height, Sophia is a slightly tall girl with piercing gray eyes to accompany her face of a mostly squared shape, giving her a slightly intimidating glare. Her hairs would naturally be black, but through her abilities (or just good ol' dying if my character can't commence with powers or magic) she makes it of a white that is only darker than snow by a little. Her body, while not athletic as she is typically not a close ranged fighter, is most definitely in shape, giving her the appearance of a threatening intellectual.

Desired Verse: Senran Kagura or Nasuverse because they have the best busty waifus.
 
I mainly write female OCs. I do have a few male OCs like ma boi Simon who has the power to "create soldiers as well as all that belongs to them" and has a harem through it, and also a magician who has a bad luck that is something like Kamijou Touma's except that rather than afflicting him his bad luck constantly puts him into situations where he accidentally does shit or seems to be a total ass, up to the point where he gave up completely on trying to be nice to others and became an actual jerk with a heart of... not gold, but maybe silver? Bronze? Yeah, something like that.

But I thought that the premise of the story is something rather like Sophia's pragmatic and cold, but ultimately good-natured personality. She isn't someone who would hide or outright reject and literally watch the world burn, or pretend to reject and try to help while being seen like a jerk because defense mechanisms. She'd accept but after confirming there are other people doing this alongside her, and try to be effective but avoid putting her life or that of the people she loves at risk as they, and not the randoms from humanity, are the reason she's doing this. I imagined her dialogue with the little girl would be quite the interesting scene to have so I picked her.

Nice. I guess I'm pretty weak compared to most people here, though. :v And stamina advantage didn't get high enough to compensate...
 
You have an 8-A guy with mothafocking Solar System level claws. If that was accepted, then you're basically that guy who isn't so tough but who ain't gonna get their attacks tanked by nobody! :v

But yeah, Zombina managed to get pretty low tiered. Wonder how things are gonna get balanced.
 
I'll say this again because it seems necessary: not all servants are equal.

Though there is a degree of balance with manifestation time and such, this will require your character to succeed with strategy, creativity and intelligence. Even though Sabertooth is very strong, there are far stronger opponents you will soon come to face. If you are reliant on your servant's brute strength and ability, you will not see much success.

That being said, I see much potential with Zombina. By her nature she is highly durable and with prep she can easily overwhelm and confuse opponents with numbers.
 
With numbers, eh?

I mean i can see her working real well with the other team mates at the very least, which is awesome
