He can one shot someone who's above baseline 7-A who was clad in Haki, has a casual 126+ megaton feat and has Asura which essentially triples his AP and durability but doesn't really use it unless he needs to. Also has other minor statistics amplification techniques like his gorilla attacks.

I don't see the point in using it seeing as how Uzu isn't at that much of a disadvantage in AP Zoro just has slightly higher AP and he doesn't use Asura very often.
