Well obito was capable of sensing sasuke's chakra holding in his eyes for amaterasu, same could be said for genjutsu. If zoro could sense that and a sense some type of harm to it then maybe. Cuz again, he can sense and react to invisible attacks. But it's just headcanon at this point.

he didn't sense sasukes chakra iirc he said he saw sasukes chakra building up towards his eyes (since the sharingan can see your inner energy and what not)
