Yami would be destroyed. Rogue EATS shadows and darkness.
The only chance Yami would have is to blitz him, but given the nature of his magic, he cannot do so. And Rogue has shown durability enough for Yami to be unable to harm him with just his katana (not buffed by Magic).
Well, another way is to force Rogue into a H2H match, in which Yami (who casually held Asta down--and we all watched Asta do seriously gruelling training) would have an advantage.
Would be an epic fight worth seeing, is my main point.
49 to 51 in Rogue's favor, is my vote.
