Think of it as a Pokemon Battle/Beyblade battle. The side that faints/stops spinning first loses, even though your own character/beyblade faints/stops spinning.

it doesn't matter who falls first. If they are both dead as a result of the battle, then it would end as a draw.

Either way, Lee can only use 6th gate. Stop suggesting that he can use the 8th gate until he actually shows that he can. He has not even used the 7th gate.

People seem to be not getting the point, suicide wins count as victories , you are free to ask any mod about that, point of the battle is to kill your opponent. Practically everyone has agreed that sanji wins,what we were discussing that an 8gate Lee will pretty much kill sanji with a slap, but noone is suggesting that we let him use the 8th gate.

There's a reason to that and it's not just a flippant comment. Should Lee use the Eighth Gate EVEN once, he'll be dead. Literally dead, unless Naruto Uzumaki and the others figured out how to save Rock Lee and prevent all of his body parts from turning to ash, so he needs to resort to what he can actually do, use the Sixth Gate.
