Let me explain, "X Character" has no "concept of death". what does that mean? It simple, stab him, crush his heart, use death manipulation, it won't work since he is above the concept.

Now "Y Character" has resurrection but nothing implies him to be above death. what does that mean? Stab him, he will just resurrect himself, apply death to him, he will just resurrect himself

X= doesn't die

Y=Dies but comes back to life

so wot if u vaporize x character? wot will they do?

resurrection n type 5 immortality seem 2 work the same way.

Same thing; nothing happens due to being above the concept of death.

How do I simplify? He stated it beforehand -

Death AFFECTS the character, it's just that they can resurrect theirself to reverse it. They are dead after they get killed, but they can come back to life; death affects them.

then how can they come back 2 fight while vaporized?

so theyre not rly impacted or effected by it. it works the same way

Because they don't actually die, given that they're above the concept of it, simple.

Y, on the other hand, DOES die. Vaporizing Y kills it, but it can come back.

wot? then its basically the same as dying due 2 them being made in2 vapor n staying that way.

its basically the same thing?

They're different.

Resurrection means coming back from death, Doesn't mean you are above it.Just means you can come back from it

Immortality means you don't die, some characters can survive even if reduced to atoms, spirits and even consciousness

it says hes unaffected and implies hes above it tho.

then isnt it the same thing as dying? u cant fight as consciousness or atoms.

It doesn't matter if you can fight or not in that form. You're alive and not dead

If he needs to resurrect then that already means he isnt above death. You need to die in order to resurrect

Nobody in this thread has brought up this yet:

"This is when someone keeps making a claim over and over again, but either does not provide actual evidence, or provides evidence which is later debunked, but keeps making the claim. "

In this scenario, Kuularne has been consecutively shown examples of the differences between Type 5 and resurrection, and how Rin is not type 5 with evidence actually backing it up aside from "These are similar". This is Self-Resurrection, as Rin can resurrect themself after being inflicted with the concept of death. If you want any more proof, look at the previous replies to this thread.

Yeah, it doesn't matter if a character can fight or not after getting reduced to atoms, mist, molecules or whatever. What matters is that they survived in some form or another.

If you resurrect, you die, you can just come back.

There's a difference even though the line between the two is sometimes blurry

It doesn't matter if you think they're dead or not. They're alive even though they cant do anything then it's still immortality. It's just like Tithonus

It doesn't matter what you think what qualifies as being dead or live.

No one apart from Zany said it's type 6 and he even said "it's possibly" type 6, he wasn't sure.

You are making this more difficult than it needs to be. Just replace Type 5 with Resurrection.

no. i asked in the chat and loads said type 6. redgrave, schrokatze

dont blame random things on me please. i want reasoning 2 do so first.
