Hm? Yogiri's ID isnt just thought base right? As long as something can harm Yogiri even if Yogiri have absolutely no idea about who was doing that as well as what they are doing, that thing will still be kill even before the thing that can kill Yogiri activated right? Wouldnt that be consider passive and not a thought base attack?

He however can conciously tell his passive to not activate against someone if he want to though, so that might make the passive situation abit weirder to define

@Megazero Blaze, I think that claim required evidencs, to be honest. It is the first time in any debates that I heard it is passive and like said extraordinary claims required extraordinary evidencs.

Its only passive if you throw passives at him, since the ability is automatic
I guess. It does look to be based on him sensing killing intent to make it kill automatically.

For the passive thing, the Heavenly Record Eater (HRE) trying to kill him while he was sleeping in his car driven by the girl.. (Im really bad with name XD) and got completely screwed right? Given that the he was sleeping, and the HRE's avatar was faraway from him and was only thinking of way to kill him instead of taking any action yet, and especially when it revert back to it trueself instead of using the human avatar, where it plan to go super nova to destroy every world/universe around it including Yogiri's world without even target Yogiri in particular and still got killed before the super nova can activated should be prove enough that he doesnt have to manually use it, and it automatically target things that can kill him even if there isnt any bloodlust or killing intent target him specifically.

Also he have another "hazard" related feat, since the recent arc (translated) dealing with the assassin guide with alot of sacrifice pawns trying to use all sort of way to kill him, there was a paragraph about how if they try to set trap in his way without specifically targeting him then the trap will fail to activated, if they have a building drop on him then he will always be able to go out of the affected area even before the building drop, and it they set it up so perfectly that he have to be in the affected area then somehow he will be able to just dodge all the debris.

The chapter that compiled all the discovery the assassin guide made against Yogiri is this one https://confusedtls.wordpress.com/instant-death-v4-chapter-4/

It worth noting that they said "His response to distant attacks is so fast that it almost seems automatic.", I'd say its because it just an assumption from the assassin guide side that they use the word "almost", but its pretty much an automatic passive, one he can manually modified to not activate against certain people he doesnt want to kill, although that still doesnt mean those people can kill him

Yogiri was killing the army of the HRE while taking a nap, as well as the avatar of the HRE. By the time he got to the true form of the heavenly record, the King was giving his speech. So that is right and at the same time incorrect, but the point stands anyways.

If speed is equalized then they can Incon ig, which is better than Yogiri just stomping Rimuru.

It is a very minor weakness to be honest. Since Yogiri himself said that he only got sleepy but never to the degree to where he cannot use it anymore, so it really only affect him if he had to go into close combat for some strange reason since he would be somewhat tired. TL;DR: It is a weakness that can rarely be exploited.
