Astaroth can't do anything against Rimuru nor reach his real body in imaginary space, Astaroth's stamina would run out and then Rimuru could do something against him, besides having reactive evolution that can make him able to keep up with immeasurable speed, I don't see Astaroth managing to do something

time stop only stop the linear flow of time, bring it down to zero, Immeasurable speed beings by default can ignore timestop, yes they not resist anything, but due to the speed they can ignore the hax, unless said hax have feat stop the guy have Immeasurable speed in-verse, which Rimuru didn't have, so speed unequal it is incon, this match can't work
