Rick had found himself in yet another portal. Its destination he was unsure of as always. Rick landed in a seemingly abandoned city where rain was pouring down. This didn't seem like the post-apocalyptic city they had come from. Maybe he could find people here. But of course even this was not free from West's Creations. The mask, finally interested in what this world had to offer, said, "Come on Rick-o! Let's give this city a redecoration." As they ripped and tore through the monsters they heard a sound that was unlike any they have heard before. They then saw the Predalien killing all the monsters in the area with ease. The two instinctively made there way towards each other quickly dispatching the other monsters nearby. They then came to a standstill staring at one another. "Well don't just sit there Ricky, show this ugly ************ how we do it in the Splatterhouse," the Mask said.

A very serious problem for Rick in this matchup is going to be the Predalien's blood. Xenomorphs bleed what's basically acid, and I highly doubt that spilling that kind of blood is going to work in his regen's favor, so his healing factor is not going to sustain itself for long.

That said, I think he can take this after a hard fight. He's not as skilled as say, a high-end Predator, but he's extremely capable of adapting in a fight and exploiting enemies that have less pragmatic approaches to combat. Both of which work against the Xeno-Pred since, while Xenos are definitely not stupid, their intellect isn't nearly as present during 1v1 encounters as it is in other, less immediate situations, and adaptive opponents recurrently get the upper hand on Xenomorphs in canon because of that.

This is made even worse by the fact that the Terror Mask outright tells Rick whatever weaknesses or strategies it can see during a fight, and he does listen.

Also, Rick at his high-end has the AP/durability advantage, which is very important in a match where he starts off with Low-Mid regen and the opponent doesn't.
 
Rick FRA, plus while in berserker mode he'd have the range advantage for sure due to his super long bone based attacks.
