I like this match, Kudos

I think Fubuki edges out overall, she's all in all got much more expirience using her TK and is more willing to play the ranged game then Rey who has only had 2 major fights so far, one of which involved someone incredibly wounded and holding back.

Fubuki, while not as good in CQC, still spams it to utter oblivion and can use her TK to redirect her attacks if necessary.

Fubuki in a close fight. Rey has shown to be incredibly skilled despite a lack of experience, but due to Fubuki's in character spam and experience edge I think she takes it in a close match

Rey is 67.8 kilotons, Fubuki can redirect an attack that would have one-shot Genos, who can stomp Hydrated Sea King (really high-end Low 7-C) and is 7-C himself.

She can't reflect multiple shots on that level either. The shot that was going to kill Genos was something she can only stop once, she can't do it a second time.

(Managed to reflect an attack which would have killed Genos, though it took immense effort and she mentioned she wouldn't be able to do it twice)

I think Gargoyle is right, this looks like a AP stomp.
