No she isn't it is an outlier and super inconsistent compared to her performance during the war arc. Also, even if she was comparable, that means it would be a stomp for Sakura then.

You cant count an outlier, and Yachiru can desplays her bankai and actually is a stomp, Zaraki TYBW have Large Country lvl+ Durability and he couldn't do anything against Minazuki's Bankai, and Yachiru "killed" him over and over again .
