Retired Pro Hero vs Vault Hunter

All Might is out and about, approaching a vault. This is where Zero (Borderlands) is seen trying to get into the vault. After confronting eachother, they decide that only one of them is walking out of there alive, and with the loot all to themselves. Who will escape the vault with the loot, and who will be left there for the skags to eat?

1. All Might is in his prime.

2. Victory by means of death only.
