Garou can't even damage Uryu given his Soul Physiology, he can't damage people on the astral level which means all of Garou's attacks are useless against Uryu.
He can't even see or hear him either.
Uryu deadass just one shots him with an invisible, unhearable arrow that completely erases Garou's soul from existence and reincarnation.

If Uyru is a Soul then Garou literally can’t touch or sense him, MAYBE Instinctive Reaction would let him dodge the attacks some but overall Uyru has ever advantage here given can see him and kill him with any shot due to it destroying his soul… yeah this is a Stomp.
