Nothing without more context, it could just be that their strong, and being capable of anything can vary in what abilities it gives.

Like I said it really depends on the context.
Are they beyond anything humanity can stop because they are strong or because they adapt to everything humanity tries to do? Does their adaption extend to resistances, or is it purely power-based? What do you mean by they are capable of anything? Can they evolve to be capable of anything, or do they have some reality-warping powers?
