Reptile Twins are so far into the 4-B scale in comparison to Cell that it ain't funny. They completely and utterly wreck Cell, and if they somehow do not detonate his nucleus and allows him to regenerate back, the Twins will start to use their haxxier abilities, which won't end well for Celly.
