Years ago this crt was made and a discussion rule was placed in regards to disregard further translations being checked for Boros' databook statement. I would like to repeal the discussion rule, as the translation provided in the original crt is incorrect.
Translation by arc7 of the wiki (Arc has assisted in many translations on site for multiple series including Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, etc)

講釈を垂れるボロスに「もう たたか終わりなのか?戦いは?」と問うサイタマ。形勢が逆転し、追い詰められたボロスが放った究極技、それは地球を破滅させる銷魂の一撃だった…..。
Saitama asks Boros who dangles an explanation, "Is the attack over already? Is the fight over?". Reversing the situation, backed into a corner, Boros fires his ultimate technique, it was a blow that could destroy the Earth...

This is also consistent with the current reddit translations used for certain pages (Ex: Tatsumaki in regard to damaging Boros' ship)
Both note that the wording isn't "shave", but destroy. As such I would advocate for the removal of the discussion rule and implementation of this translation.
