The feat in question happens in Superman/Doomsday: Hunter/Prey Vol 1 #1 April 1994.
While one may assume automatic Existance Erasure Resistance, this is not the case. Darkseid can control what his Beams do. After Darkseid blasts Doomsday with his Omega Beams, he says the following:
"My Omega Beams burn hotter than the fiery pits of Apokolips itself. Let your lifeless body rest deep under this melted coating for eternity."
He wasn't intending to Existance Erase Doomsday at all.
