Well she is literally 2 powerups above countless multiverse level, that's Metatron levels of power, Tiamat=God who is>Metatron who can create and destroy the multiverse, sans his op harbringer of ash which was made specifically to kill God.
Tiamat fused with the original Lilith>God, Tiamat fused with the Lilith created by the original is above that, so wiping out the multiverse with a thought isn't that surprising.
Pokemon are several levels above countless multiverse level though, anyway 1 for Tiamat.
