Short and simple, as requested. Reimu is constantly characterized as being lazy and unwilling to train, and notably, even if she’s forced to train, the effects of that training literally cannot last and she will forget everything in a matter of days. Yet in spite of that, she’s constantly been improving in multiple categories across the series as a whole, showing she has some degree of passive development:
-Requires time-consuming rituals to summon gods in SSiB, but as of FS she can perform it through thought alone.
-Affected by dream souls in WaHH, but later on in AoCF, can take repeated hits from them just fine (this does occur in story mode, but I couldn’t find footage of that so :v).
-And most notably, in GoM it’s stated that Fantasy Nature is the only technique innate to Reimu, but despite that, she has somehow gained dozens of new techniques over the years despite never training.
All of this should qualify for Accelerated Development (passive/abilities).
