Has anyone in the verse ever precoged a teleport attack? It's not really similar to physical movement since Cole can just think and poof, he's several kilometers away. Cole should be able to replicate Nix's rapid teleport since he received some of her powers before getting amped by the Beast, who was also capable of teleportation. Also, one of Cole's moveset allows him to teleport in his human form, and come out as one of the black holes capable of matter hax, so there's also that surprise factor Rei won't know about until he uses it.
Another thing about the black holes is that everything it touches gets broken down on a macro quantum level, absorbed, and transmuted in Beast matter. So even if a small part of your body touched it, your whole body would still go poof. This means all Cole has to do is clip him with a black hole to destroy the whole body.
Btw, all his black holes create a vacuum effect, in that everything around it gets sucked in. What makes this even more dangerous is that, usually before the black hole is activated, the Beast turns off the gravity in the area and causes everything to float. This adds to the vacuum of the black holes since now your gravity has been turned off and your stuck in the air. Cole was only barely able to escape getting pulled in by using his static thrusters, which scale to his lifting strength with electromagnetism (Class K), and he still really struggled to break out of its gravitational pull.
While Cole isn't guaranteed to null gravity before using the black hole, the black hole still has its vacuum which will suck Rei, especially due to the difference in lifting strength. Also, not seeing flight in Rei's page, so if Cole does decide to turn off the gravity, he's in trouble since now he's floating uncontrollably due to the zero g
