Why is it considered Low High and not Mid High? Pretty sure a cell is smaller than vapor.

You mean a cloud of vapor, or a molecule of vapor?

Human cells vary between 10 and 100 microns. Except the ovocite which can reach about 300 microns.

Smoke/Fume and Gas particles are far, far smaller.

I noticed that Dust and Ash are also considered Mid-High, despite being actually bigger than cells (or at the very least, equal in size). So that's something worth attention.

If you vaporize someone all cells are destroyed, but if you destroy each cell of someone you don't vaporize him.

Vaporization is a more thorough destruction then destroying cells, as no biological structures (e.g. smaller parts of a cell) stay intact.

So there is, for example, no cell left that could start multiplying to eventually regrow the body.
