I don't there is much context to it beyond tearing the multiverse apart? At least from the last time I read it.
Also it shouldn't be "Varies with speed" but rather "At least Solar System with Speed, Strength and Sage Force"

Him one shotting Superman, Wondie and such. However, if that's not enough for At least than removing it if is fine ig.
Also I dunno how much it's worth, but a weakened, not holding back Barry was able to send the Black Flash to the ground and described it as "Felt like punching Darkseid", though the Black Flash didn't really get harmed by him (Source: The Flash (2016) #76). This is the same Black Flash who could go toe to toe with Hunter Zolomon with all 4 forces.

Also I think Zoom should get "higher with all 4 Forces" as Hunter needed all 4 of them in order to take down the Black Flash

darkseid just slightly upscales from superman and them lot. At least the DS Flash has memory of. So, still doesn't grant anything beyond their current tier
Yeah, tho we first need to find some durability stuff for black flash... Plus taking down could be more of a hax thing rather than AP thing too.

He was. But considering how he was controlling the forces, what if he had weakened him? Especially since he had brought him to another force domain. If you look at the third scan, Barry says how they are stuck in the forever force domain and whatnot.
In any case, i would rather not slap higher on him unless we find some durability feats/statements for Black Flash.

There is no need to higher imo. You can literally lump the description in his main 4B justification.
Solar System level (Comparable if not superior to Barry. Superior to his Post-Crisis self. Could contend with Flash War Hunter Zolomon, who one-shot the entire justice league. Alongside Barry Allen, he shattered Green Lantern’s construct and nearly destroyed his ring)
These are literally in the same tier and not much higher than the value they scale to.

Eh? The feat only happens when they are doing the Low 1-C environmental destruction feat. This isn't their normal cap of power.

Also, hunter didn't one shot them all at once, he went to each one separately and punched and they went down - which has way too much wrong with it and is the most event feat you can get.

I never said Hunter one shot all of them at once. I'm saying that I think it's iffy if we put Flash's normal cap at one shot level above Superman for instance.
But I suppose the "Varies" covers it I guess.

I don't think that's how higher works? Like if person had an attack that one shots person B (Who's equal to person A) and they both scale to like 10 Megatons, than Person A would get "7-B, higher with one shot attack."
Regardless, I guess the "Varies" thing does cover it.
